Online estimates include submitting pertinent details, such as name, contact, vehicle, and damage photos. 3. Estimate Approval: Insurance companies review the estimate, discuss the details with the policy owner, and approve the repair. Once approved, we order the necessary replacement parts if involved and schedule the service.

5. Receive Settlement: Settlement payments vary according to the policy, damage, and repair.; however, the insurance company will issue the payment directly to the owner or auto body shop. Customers often receive reimbursement for payments made before settlement.
