Oil change and tire rotation went well. After I left the dealership I did notice that both of my front fenders and my hood were covered in grease. I’m guessing from the mechanics leaning on them. Not super happy about having to rewash and clean that up.

I noticed my car was leaking fluid, and sometimes at stop signs, it would hesitate while stationary. So, I took it to Friendly Chevrolet dealership, and they diagnosed the issue and got it fixed.

My repair was covered under warranty. I asked Leondro nicely if they could please put air in my tires and do a washer fluid fill. Neither was done. Has customer service ice died at Friendly Chev? Normally my oil changes are done at the Quick Lube at Friendly but my last one was done during a service call (brakes) and they didn't do either of these services then even though my tires were taken off for the brakes check. I am not happy with the total disregard of my request. Also both Leindro and BJ(?) Were rude during drop off and pick up.

I have sent several of my friends and family to Friendly who have purchased from different GM/Chevy dealers in the area because they haven't gotten the same customer service and quality of work done that I have. I don't trust my vehicles with anyone else.

A very difficult day for the garage. Waiting for a tire, the EXPRESS oil service got backed up to the street. I was a little impatient and your crew understood and allayed my being upset. Finally after one hour in line I got in and was out in another 30 minutes. Kudos to the garage team for keeping us all calm while they dealt with a tire crises.

so darn expensive instead of mailing out the Promotional Discount flyers how bout having those DISCOUNTS in the computer system attached to the vehicle/customer then, when a regular customer(over 15 years buying, leasing vehicles from your company) comes in for service, the DISCOUNT for what service is done is automatically awarded and adjusted to that bill

Tyler was great to work with and had excellent communication skills. He went above and beyond to find out that they repair we needed was covered by warranty and we appreciate that more than he can know. I was in for an oil change

The experience was very good. I was happy to get the deal done before even stepping foot into the car dealership. The paperwork took a little bit longer than expected since we had everything done, but it was just fine as we were not in a time crunch. The sales person was relatively new, but was very knowledgeable and went did not no answers. Got them from experienced people in a timely manner. When we were all finalized the person who helped us set up the vehicle and run through everything was very knowledgeable and very friendly.Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend buying a vehicle from them and maybe even another one later on in life.

Oil dripping on floor in garage, I am 79 years old and I had to crawl under there and check what was going on. The oil filter was all wet with oil, dripping wet . All over the frame under the truck, the filter was tight so I am thinking he didn’t wipe the oil off of the frame, when he finished. You get that used oil all over the frame and than dirt sticks to it , just not happy at all. The oil filter hopefully was new, but why it had all that oil dripping from it I don’t know. These units are new, so why does an oil change need to be so carelessly done.

The paperwork states we deferred a recall repair that was NEVER discussed with Dan. Also neither the the factory required nor dealer recommended for 60,000 was NEVER brought up. We are at 65,000.

Overall a very great experience. All 3 gentleman I worked with were wonderful with helping me trade in my car, find the rate I was looking for, and were very friendly. Chris Cummings was also wonderful to work with as my salesperson.

Charged for oil change never completed the oil change. SO im curious on the service that was done on the vehicle. This is a fleet vehicle so neither will this vehicle or my personal vehicle ever be back. I dont agree with charging a customer for work and not preforming the work.

Leandro Paguio and the service team at Friendly Chevrolet are fantastic! Leandro found the update for the radio to fix UNIVERSAL HOME REMOTE – NON-FUNCTIONAL on the window sticker that Morries Chevrolet could not find. Morries kept saying there are no updates for my vehicle. The service team installed update 25-NA-021 and now my UNIVERSAL HOME REMOTE works! Chevrolet should make this update required for all vehicles that have the UNIVERSAL HOME REMOTE – NON-FUNCTIONAL on the window sticker. I'm disappointed with Chevrolet, but extremely happy with the work Leandro Paguio and the service team at Friendly Chevrolet did!

oil, filter, tire rotation were done. Car runs great, however this is my daughters car and I need it in tip top driving condition for winter and i specifically asked if the tires were inflated due to winter cold weather and the answer was yep, all done. Well i drove off and selected the maintenance screen and the tires were all STILL sitting at 31 pounds, cold they are supposed to be 35 and is exactly why I asked if they were inflated. Needless to say, I had to go home and fire up my air compressor and add 4 pounds of air in each tire. Very dissapointed in this visit especially because as the cold weather comes, the tires would be very low if we left them.

I had an appointment at 12 pm. Dropped the vehicle off shortly after 11 am. I didn’t get a status call until 4;30 pm only to be told we’re running behind today, no apology . They were able to diagnose what I told them was wrong, the wheel bearing. They said it wouldn’t be done until the following day. I needed to get an Uber to get to work and have my wife pick me up at the end of the day. Very disappointed with the service especially at the rates the dealer charges!

Every time I go I get great service

I have a problem with the infotainment center on my Colorado, strange things happen on it. I brought it on I has an early morning appointment and they wanted me to leave it there an extra day but having no second vehicle I had to take it home without my truck getting fixed. Now I have to get another appointment and hopefully get it fixed.

I was done and out of there in a flash. The service guys were great. Enjoyed a good cup of coffee making it a painless experience.

I have been here numerous times and had great service. This time my tire pressure wasn't checked. I knew it was low and had to add air after. No washer fluid was added. Quick service but I'm wondering if my oil got changed and if I truly got a tire rotation. I did have an appt at 5:30 and I guess everyone was in a hurry to go home. Very disappointed.

The wait time quoted was 1.5 hours than quoted.

I took my vehicle in for tire sensor to be replaced is going to take a bit so I'd ask the service writer if they had a vehicle I could use for a couple hours. He went out of his way to get me one and then it turned out I needed tires too. So thank goodness I had a vehicle because it took a bit longer for them to put the tires on. Great service. He went up and above what he would have to have done. He also was really good at keeping me informed on what was going on.

I didn’t had a good experience this time. I’m a loyal Chevy customer, I bought my 2017 Chevy equinox brand new from friendly Chevrolet and I have completed every maintenance, oil change and repair at friendly Chevrolet for the last 8 years. This last last visit was regarding my car that was shaky when I brake, weird sound and oil leak.After the technician diagnosis they told me I need to replaced main seal and clean pcv for a cost of $3500 and I have to leave my car for several days and they don’t have a loaner car as well. After 3 days or so they say the car was ready and when I come to pick it up, the car couldn’t start and they stated they will just jump start it and I ask can you just check what is going on with the car since I never had to jump start it in the past and they told me they will check and give me a call later. The following day when I came to pick up the car, it couldn’t start again and they told i need to replace the battery and I went a head replace the battery since I needed to use my car for work and it has been almost a week back and forth with car problems. Finally, I got the car on Saturday and when I was driving home the car was smelling of gas/fuel and had a whistling noise and since dealership was closed on Sunday, I waited until Monday and the car wasn’t safe to drive. I brought the car back on Monday and showed them the car was leaking gas and had a whistling sounds and they told me they forget to tighten the gas valve during repair and now it has been tightened and fixed but for the whistling noise is because of oil spill on belt during repair and it will go away after 2 weeks. I was very upset with the whole process and poor customer service that I had to pay almost $4000 and they caused collateral damage while fixing the main seal .They lack courtesy and customer service especially for loyal Chevy customers and that will make me rethink if it is even worth to be a Chevy customer anymore. We liked the experience. Jake, Dion, Mike & Freddie did their best to secure us the vehicles we wanted and ran the process smoothly. Love both our new 26 Traverse (with supercruise!!!) and 26 Equinox RS. We ALWAYS trust friendly with their experience and solutions to issues in the past and that is why we come back. Only concern was how long the service work took.

I typically have nothing negative to say about the service at Friendly Chevrolet. i get all my service done there even though they are not the closest dealer to me. this time however i was a little disappointed. i got my truck washed on the way to my service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. when they were done i had black oily handprints all over my fender and hood.

We walked in and were immediately greeted by Kyle. We told him what we were looking for and he happily showed us the model on the floor and got us into a vehicle to test drive. The entire process was smooth and everyone how helped us were very kind and helpful.

First time buying a truck. Could not have gone better!! Great people and great experience!!!

I brought my car in for an oil change and was in and out quickly. The service tech found a few things that need to be fixed so I made an appointment for those to get done

The oil change was done fast and with a positive attitude.
