Well the price on a oil change is outrageous $90. I will be looking elsewhere on my next one. Sorry that you will be losing a customer. I also asked if they could tell me if something was leaking and they forgot to do that. I also told them I didn't want any new filters and they took mine out anyway and asked me. So all of my glove box stuff was all messed up and wouldn't close right because they messed with it when I told them not to. And I also got there and they guy told me that they over booked for the hour I made my appointment. So I don't know what's going on with that. Just not happy the last few times I have been there.

I was well taken care of. I was provided with a rental big enough for my family while my suburban was being fixed. Auto body did a wonderful job fixing the damage on my bumper and fender. Got my vehicle back looking cleaning than it has in a long time. They also were doing some service on it and we had a warranty error. Friendly Chev took care of me every step of the way to make it right. Very happy with all employees and customer service and all the work done.

Deon, was exceptionally friendly and not in a false just get your business kind of way. I know he was genuine in his efforts to get to know my needs and answer my questions. I will definitely pass on his name on to friends and family. I was sold a extended service plan with my truck, but have decided to cancel that after reviewing the past maintenance costs of my last 4 Chevrolet vehicles that I bought new. I was in for an oil change and asked if they could run my car through the car wash as it had a little salt on the fenders. I was told it would be no problem. After I got home, I noticed they had forgotten the car wash. I remember when the waiting room had complimentary soda and popcorn. It made my 20-minute drive to Friendly Chev a little easier. I miss those little perks, especially when oil changes are over $70. The service guys are friendly....no problem there.

Jason Holt was an awesome sales consultant! He gave super knowledge of what each type of car we were interested in, and the pros and possible cons to our personal situation after first understanding us, me, and our particular wants and true needs. Jason, was very professional, funny, and knowledgeable about every vehicle, that it made it so hard to decide which vehicle to pick. Jason, gave us a tour of the campus, so in case we needed to use any particular services they provide. He introduced us to all those working in those depts and gave us the peace of mind and confidence in getting care in the future if needed. He took great personal care in showing us how each individual peice of equiment on the car and how to operate and work. He made us both feel so comfortable, and making it a painless purchase and helped us make the best decision for our needs. We got to know him very personally and he told us if you ever need anything no matter the time of day upto 11pm we can call and get help. He will always be our sales person going forward. A great guy, and very genuine. I will recommend everyone that needs a car to go directly to him!

My purpose was to get a trailer hitch on my 2024 Blazer. I purchased a hitch thru parts dept using Chevy points and scheduled installation on Feb 25 at 10am. I had a "drop off" appointment but discovered completion was not possible before my wife needed the Blazer for afternoon use. I misunderstood the meaning of 'drop off". I rescheduled for February 27 at 2pm as a "waiting appointment and was there on time. After about 30 minutes, I was told that the Blazer already had a factory hitch that was hidden by a cover panel. I then had to go back to Parts and arrange for credit on my Chevy points account which I am waiting for. In general, all staff helping me in my endeavor were courteous and helpful. I just wish that there was some way I could have discovered that I already had the hitch. In looking over the window sticker that I had saved, I noticed an option for "TRAILERING EQUIPMENT". My "Driver Mode Control Knob" does not have a "Tow/Haul Mode" option which I would expect to see.

He worked extensively with us over the phone, as we traveling a distance to the dealership. Drove in was all set up for software upgrades no problems

I had several things done including changing my battery. The service man assured me that the old battery being removed ( purchased from Friendly) was a 2020 battery. An independent road assistant who jump started my car earlier this winter said the battery indicated it was purchased in 2018. They could not find the sticker but said the battery had not been sitting on a shelf for 2years before installing it. Service man said they sell 40 a day - no old ones around. Really? Also my turn signal was faulty and I asked them to repair it. They told me a mechanism in the column had to be repaired in order to correct the turn signal. This would have cost approximately $700 dollars. I decided not to have it fixed. Five minutes later the guy came back to say that the turn signal could be fixed without going into the column. I did go ahead with this repair but to say that their credibility was shot would be an understatement.

We were grateful to all his supior knowledge and patience as we decided on what to do. He is a great, funny, and exciting guy, who i would recommend all potential customers should work with because, he makes you feel real comfortable.

Great people, but the service over charged me for an oil changed. Got home to find out they charged me 10quarts instead of 8quarts for my truck. It's a gasser truck that takes 8 not a diesel that takes 10. Check the dip stick to make sure it wasn't over filled and it wasn't.

They screwed up my schedule day twice both times there was no loaner available so then they made it two weeks out and always smooth on that schedule day. But the very first schedule a girl called me and said she had to reschedule it, but she did not schedule a loaner like I asked. Then a guy called me the second time and said that the girl did not schedule it right so he had to change it from that Friday to Monday so I could get a loaner but once again he did not put a loaner on for me.

Your online reservation system does not work well at all. They don't explain drop off appointment Vs. appointment. So when you get there you find out you have a drop off appointment not an actual time appointment. I had to wait 3.5 hours for a job that takes about an hour. Once I received confirmation of my "appointment" I tried to clarify what I wanted by choosing the email icon, I got back a message that the email option would not work. During the visit I tried to get a status on the text app - no reply. I finally had to go see the Service Advisor Brian. Brian on the other hand was great; he tried to hurry up the work to make up for the poor app and apologized for your IT situation. I'll come back because of Brian.

We recently purchased a new vehicle with Dion Kennedy as the Sales person - and it was clear from the start he had an amazing team working with him. After a discussion during a recent routine service visit we mentioned we may be trading soon. The service department had Kiel send us a buy offer for our vehicle. It was no pressure and handled with no interaction required on our end and we sat with that for a few days and decided the time might be right to make a change. At this point we were undecided on which dealership we'd purchase from, but the buy offer was very clear and fair and was absolutely no hassle or pressure at all. We saw something on the lot that looked interesting but only one thing, so we still weren't sure we were buying from Friendly at that point. Kiel transferred our buy offer information to sales and we had an initial conversation with Dion about a vehicle on the lot that ended up being no longer available. He spent time on a very informative call with us where he went through each feature possible to find out what we were looking for. When we said we didn't want something - he didn't pressure - just just moved onto the next thing. At this point - I still wasn't sure we were buying from Friendly. Then he spent the entire next week trying to hunt down this vehicle for us with the exact configuration we wanted and made sure it didn't include things we didn't want. He communicated via Text, Phone and Email - Sending us several full spec sheets so we could review each line item to make sure the feature list met our needs. At one point I approved something just to call him back 2 hours later to say that we did not want that. He didn't flinch - he just continued finding options and doing all the research. His sales manager (an unnamed hero in this situation) probably called too many dealerships trying to transfer vehicles as we approved them. When we ran out of options - He even expanded the mileage range they'd pick it up from. In the end he found something that was everything we were looking for in the price range we were happy with. He came in on his day off to finish up the transfer process. When the vehicle came in, we headed to the dealership to sign the paperwork. My pet peeve is a finance process that takes more than 60 minutes. I've left dealerships because I refuse to wait to spend money. I've had 2 experiences with local places that have taken in excess of 4 hours and I cannot stand it. From the start we noticed the difference. Rather than go to a waiting room and "wait for the finance office" the finance person sat down in front of us and went through each item within minutes of walking in. She had everything ready - she had an efficient process to sign and every number was exactly what we'd already seen from Dion. No surprises. She had the entire process done in under 20 minutes. She walked through the 'sales' items but quickly handled our decline without a ton of high pressure back and forth. Dion took us out to the vehicle and walked through every feature in the menu - some of them we knew about as we were buying a new version/different trim of our existing vehicle - but we learned a few things for sure! We spent 90 minutes away from home total (including the drive there and back) and walked away with a vehicle we are super excited about!! Thanks so much to Dion for pulling it all together - and the entire Friendly Chevrolet Team that supported the process. You were a pleasure to work with!

My Transmission went out and I had to have it towed in. As soon as it arrived at the dealership Tyler reached out to me to discuss what happened. He was able to get the vehicle in and get it inspected and confirm the transmission needed to replaced. He provided me cost and advice on the repairs needed. After calling around I found at least one place with lower cost. Tyler was able to get their price matched. Every interaction I have had with Tyler in my more than 10 years working with Friendly have been excellent.

Purchased 2024 Silverado 8 months ago, within the one year valid period to use a promised free oil change at Friendly Chev. It was not honored at their service center because the truck was recorded as in service 4 months before we bought it. Also, per the truck's dash display the oil filter was not changed. Had to use my GM reward points to pay for this unplanned expense.

We were told vehicle was in stock but it was not. Confusion on the final price due to our down payment not being applied until we brought it up. Eddie our salesperson that we ended up being with did a great job with finding a vehicle similar to what we were looking at to test drive.

I recently had new tires put on my car. I appreciate the good customer service from the team. I wanted to particularly call out Greg. He was super professional and kept me informed and showed really great customer service in his excellent communications with me to make sure I had a rental for the day and an easy service apt! Kudos to a great employee! Also to the pick up team in the tire shop who made sure my bill was accurate after being charged for a rental when I should not have been. Great team members!

Our vehicle was at their service department for five months. But most of the delay was beyond their control, as some parts were unavailable. However, when the truck was returned to us after the repairs were completed, we found that they had left the sunroof open during their possession, and rain had damaged the vehicle's headliner. So we returned the truck to them so they could replace the headliner. During this ordeal, the service writer, Leandro, and the service manager were impossible to contact, didn't return phone calls, and never updated us on the status of the repairs. The entire experience was a debacle from start to finish. Two simple things would have made this a positive experience: we should have been kept informed, and someone should have known not to leave the sunroof open in the rain.

I had a great experience

My truck had a serious vibration upon accelerating, low and high speeds. The day before bringing it in, it was the worst it had been. Saturday morning when I drove to Friendly and during the test drives, the vibration was minimal. They didn't discover anything wrong. This is why you got a low score...Eric and the tech were convinced that the problem was in the tires. Being a former employee of Tires Plus, I knew that was not the case but they stood their ground. After my appointment, I went straight to Discount Tire (these tires only have 6k miles on them). all 4 tires were perfectly in balance with no hopping, wobbling, or uneven wear...proving my point. I don't know what was causing the vibration or why it got better. Perhaps in the future, you can just say you are not sure what the problem is rather than blaming other items.

I always trust their diagnosis and work there at Friendly.

Local Dealership is the best. Recall service took TWO 2 Years to source replacement part and this is horrifically unacceptable for a part that explodes in the face of the cabin occupants / passengers propelling metal shrapnel into the passengers necks causing serious injury/death.

YOU LOST MY CAR!!!! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation which should talk about 20 - 30 minutes. An hour after arriving I checked on the progress of the work. Not only was it not done, nobody even knew where my car was!!!! YOU LOST MY CAR!!!!! I will never know what really happened to my car. When you found it, I still had to wait for the work to be done. I was there almost TWO HOURS for a 20 minute job. Doing it for free does not compensate for loosing my car. I have money to pay for the work, or I wouldn't have made the appointment. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO WASTE!!!! It is four days later, and I am still trying to catch up for the lost time.

I have always had good experiences at Friendly Chevrolet in Fridley, MN, whether it be test driving, purchasing a vehicle or having service performed. He answered our questions, took time to explain things to us and made us feel at ease about the purchase. He also remembered to back the car into the parking spot so I wouldn't have to back up when we left. This I appreciated. This is the 4th new car we have purchased at Friendly, 3 of them Equinox's. If we ever decide to trade this one in, Friendly is our go to place. (although at our age, not sure about it). Have a nice 4th.

Four recalls were taken care of. Two recalls still need to be taken care of but parts are not available at this time. GM needs to make parts available for recalls so they can be taken care of in a timely fashion.

Went in for an oil change. The tech offered to check my cabin filter. I didn't even know I had one. He found a mouse had been living there and cleaned and replaced it. Well let’s see. I got there right on time and the crew was waiting for me. Went up to the show room real quick the check out the Trax. Didn’t have one so hurried back to the waiting room. Grabbed a cup of coffee. A few minutes later I was informed they were finished with the oil change, tie rotation, and cabin engine filters. Paid the bill and left. Took about 35 minutes. Very friendly crew -no pun intended- enjoyed the visit.

My 25 Equinox is been in there twice.There are still issues.The same issues.My own style doesn't work some other stuff in the car doesn't work.Some other stuff in the car doesn't work.Some other stuff in the car doesn't work. And I will have to be without my car again. They told me to check with on. Star that I pay for that has not worked for over a month.And onstar says it's a dealership issue. I would like to just leave the car there and get a loner car but they say they were two weeks out on that. I have a brand new car and i'm tired of being without one.

Oil changed super fast. Don't know if tires were rotated or fuel levels checked. Looks like tire pressure was checked. Did NOT have a car wash as requested but suppose that's because service was as at no charge because this was a leased vehicle. Can't tell you any more since I received no paperwork.

I was quoted close to 3k in work. An oil cooler, and water pump. I went to another reputable shop that ran a pressure test to see that my oil cooler was good, and I did need a water pump. I was still able to get out with a new water pump under 1k what Chevy quoted. Give me a reason why I should trust this dealer. There was over 2k difference between what Chevy quoted and what I actually paid.
